摘要
焊点的质量直接影响白车身结构强度和可靠性,固定焊枪焊接一定点数需进行修模、摆臂修模器需等待机器人焊接完成回到HOME位,接到修模信号,对固定焊枪进行修模,摆臂修模器对固定焊枪修模时抓手机器人在HOME位等待存在时间成本浪费。通过对固定焊枪和摆臂式修模器工作环境、设备组成和工艺流程的研究,对现有的状态进行改善,提升固定焊枪和摆臂式修模器利用率,从而提高生产效率。
The quality of the solder joints directly affects the structural strength and reliability of the body-in-white.The fixed welding gun needs to be repaired for a certain number of points.The swing arm mold repairer needs to wait for the robot to complete the welding and return to the HOME position,and receive the mold repair signal to repair the fixed welding torch.There is a waste of time and cost when the gripper robot waits at the HOME position when the fixed welding torch is repaired.The working environment,equipment composition and process flow of the fixed welding torch and the swing arm is studied,the status of the fixed welding torch and the swing arm type mold modifier is improved to increase the production efficiency.
