基于NT6000的保护控制系统设计

摘要 文章基于麒麟系统平台上运行的国产化NT6000分散控制软件,加固机通过以太网与控制器控制器进行连接,I/O模块与控制器以Ebus协议进行通信,实时采集现场传感器信号。在NT6000软件中进行下位机保护控制组态运算、上位机可视化管理,该方案可实时监控各保护信号点数据及状态。当有满足停机的信号产生时,经过中间逻辑快速运算,发出快关信号给现场遮断保护,画面首出显示报警停机原因,所有数据支持历史数据曲线查询。该方案能为辅机设备安全运行提供可靠保障。 Based on running the localized NT6000 distributed control software on the Kylin system platform, the reinforcement machine is connected with the controller through Ethernet, the I/O module and the controller communicate with the Ebus protocol, and the field sensor signals are collected in real time. In the NT6000 software, the lower computer protection control configuration operation and the upper computer visual management are carried out. The scheme can monitor the data and status of each protection signal point in real time. when there is a signal to meet the shutdown, the intermediate logic quickly calculates and sends a fast shutdown signal to the on-site interruption protection. The first screen shows the reason for the alarms and shutdowns, and all data supports historical data curve query. The scheme can provide a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of auxiliary equipment.
