摘要
为实现调速系统小型集成化设计、低噪声设计、节能效果良好、操作方式人性化、实现优良的人机交互界面,提升汽轮发电机组的运行稳定性及安全可靠性,文章介绍了一种低噪声变速恒压调速系统,对其工作原理、组成和结构设计进行介绍,在调节系统调节油压的控制策略方面,将PID控制和模糊控制方法结合起来,构成互补、兼有这2种控制优点的模糊—PID控制策略。通过模糊PID算法控制驱动伺服电机转速变化,以保持液压油站油压恒定。通过采用变速恒压的高压电液调速系统,进一步提升调速系统的调节精度和快速性,同时最大可能地减小电动油泵对机组振动噪声的影响。
In order to realize the small integrated design,low noise design,good energy saving effect,humanized operation mode,excellent man-machine interface,and improve the operation stability and safety reliability of the steam turbine electric generator,in this paper,a low noise variable speed constant pressure speed control system is introduced.The working principle,composition and structure design of the speed regulating system are introduced.In the control strategy of regulating oil pressure of the system,the PID control and the mould and the control method are combined,the complementary and combined advantages of the two control strategies.Through the mold and PID algorithm control drive servo motor speed change,to maintain the hydraulic oil station constant pressure.By adopting variable speed and constant voltage high voltage electro-hydraulic speed regulation system,the speed regulation precision and rapidity of the system are further improved,and the influence of electric oil pump on the vibration and noise of the unit is minimized.
