摘要
建立风险分级管控工作机制是建筑企业当前必须要做但又不容易做到位的工作。本文梳理了涉及风险分级管控的概念、原理、文件和标准,结合建筑工程特点提出了施工企业及项目部开展风险分级管控的具体做法,归纳总结出建筑工程风险分级管控应当遵循的十五字原则,即看得见、分得开、管得住、留得下和用得上。
The establishment of hierarchical risk management system is a must-do but no-easy task for construction companies. This article sorted through the concept, principles, documents and standards of hierarchical design risk management, and put forth concrete approaches available for construction companies and on-site project management teams, and also summarized a principle to be inhered to in performing hierarchical risk management of construction projects, namely tangible, separable, controllable, documentable and usable.
