基于虚拟仪器的沙疗床控制系统设计

摘要 传统沙疗床存在加热不均匀、局部过热的情况。为了提升沙疗床均匀传热自动化的水平,文中根据硬软件模块化设计的思想,提出一种基于单片机STM32与虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW相结合的控制系统。该系统核心部分由步进电机驱动器、步进电机、硅橡胶加热板以及铂电阻传感器组成。对沙疗控制系统的主控芯片模块、电源模块、电机控制模块、温度采集模块和加热模块的硬件电路结构设计进行详细介绍;并在此基础上,采用生产者-消费者模式设计与之匹配的上位机LabVIEW软件系统和可操作的用户界面。设计的上位机软件应用并行循环和队列技术,可以提高采集和解析效率,实现对电机的参数控制和温度的数据采集与显示。所提控制系统具有较高的模块化、自动化,能够快速地将温度数据采集并保存,在智能化方面,沙疗设备控制效果较好。 Since the traditional sand treatment bed has the defects of uneven heating and local overheating,a control system based on the combination of single chip microcomputer STM32 and virtual instrument software LabVIEW is proposed according to the modular design idea of hardware and software to improve the level of uniform heat transfer automation of sand therapy bed. The core part of the system is composed of stepper motor driver,stepper motor,silicone rubber heating plate and platinum resistance sensor. The structure design of hardware circuit of the main control chip module,power module,motor control module,temperature acquisition module and heating module of the sand therapy control system is introduced in detail.On this basis,the producer-consumer mode is used to design the upper computer LabVIEW software system and operable user interface matched with the system. The designed upper computer software using parallel loop and queue technologies can improve the efficiency of acquisition and analysis,and realize the motor parameter control and temperature data acquisition and display. The proposed control system has high modularization and automation,and can quickly collect and save temperature data. In terms of intelligence,its control effect of sand therapy equipment is better.
