摘要
目的探讨维吾尔医分型骨性关节炎埋沙治疗的疗效。方法将112例骨性关节炎患者按维吾尔医学分为异常胆液质型组(12例)、异常血液质型(17例)、异常粘液质型(60例)、异常黑胆质型(23例)4种证型组,对各证型组沙疗前后临床症状进行分析。结果维医4种体液分型骨性关节炎沙疗前后晨僵、关节疼痛、关节肿胀分级比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),关节活动受限症状分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进一步行两两比较,沙疗前后晨僵症状中,异常粘液质型与异常黑胆质型分级、异常血液质型与异常黑胆质型分级比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。沙疗前后关节疼痛症状中,异常粘液质型与异常胆液质型、异常粘液质型与异常血液质型、异常黑胆质型与异常胆液质型、异常黑胆质型与异常血液质型比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。沙疗前后关节肿胀症状中,异常粘液质型与异常胆液质型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维吾尔医沙疗治疗骨性关节炎疗效确切,尤其粘液质型骨性关节炎疗效优于其它类型,辩证埋沙是取得临床疗效的关键。
Objective To discuss the syndrome differentiation and the curative effect of Uyghur sand thera- py for Osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of patients with Osteoarthritis were classi- fied four types： abnormal Spra, abnormal Khan, abnormal Balgham, abnormal Savada by Uyghur medi- cine; Analyzed the clinical symptom from beginning to the end of sand therapy. Results The symptom ofmorning stiff, pain,swell from begining to end with sand therapy on syndrome differentiation of Uyghur Medicine hadthe obvious difference contrast significantly （P 〈0.05）. The symptom of activity limitation has not contrast significantly （P 〉0.05）. Further compared by pairwise before and after Sand treatment, For morning stiffness, there were significant difference between abnormal Balgham and abnormal Savada, between abnormal Khan and abnormal Savada （P 〈0.05）. For between abnormal Balgham and abnormal Spra, abnormal Balg join ham t pain, there were significant difference and abnormal Khan, abnormal Savada and abnormal Spra, abnormal Savada and abnormal Khan （P 〈0.05）. For arthrocele, there was signifi cant difference between abnormal Balgham and abnormal Spra （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Uyghur sand therapy for osteoarthritis is definite, Especially,the curative effect of phlegmatic tempera- ment in osteoarthritis is superior to other types. The correct typing for sand therapy is the key to clinical efficacy.
