摘要
为探究“双减”政策背景下我国课外体育培训教师发展问题,运用文献资料法、实地调研法、逻辑分析法研究了“双减”政策对课外体育培训教师发展所带来的机遇和挑战.结果显示,1)机遇与要求包括:为课外体育培训教师发展提供新契机;为课外体育培训教师进行了重新定位;为课外体育培训教师发展赋予新要求.2)挑战包括:教师胜任不足引发的教学技能挑战;教学观念失准带来的职业发展挑战;监管缺失引发的教学评价挑战.3)应对策略为:提升教师专业素养,健全评价机制;精准行业定位,转变应试教育导向;加强教培体系审核,完善市场监管机制.
In order to explore the development of teachers in extracurricular physical training in our country under the background of the“double reduction”policy, the paper used the method of documents, field research, and logical analysis method to study the opportunities and challenges of the development of teachers in extracurricular physical training brought by the “double reduction” policy.The results showed that: 1)opportunities and requirements including: providing new opportunities for the development of extracurricular physical education training teachers;repositioning of teachers for extracurricular physical education training;new requirements for the development of teachers in extracurricular physical education training.2)challenges including: teaching skills challenges caused by teachers’ incompetence;the challenge of career development brought by the misalignment of teaching concept;the challenge of teaching evaluation caused by the lack of supervision.3)the countermeasures involving: improving the professional quality of teachers and the evaluation mechanism;precise industry positioning, changing the orientation of exam-oriented education;strengthening the verifying of the education and training system and improving the market oversight mechanism.
