摘要
目的:设计综合医院放射工作人员和射线装置共享管理的放射卫生管理系统,实现多院区放射卫生管理同质化和规范化。方法:采用从下至上分为基础数据层、数据接入层、聚合层、服务层和应用层(表现层)分层系统架构,设置人员管理、设备管理、监督管理、证件管理和系统管理5大功能模块,基于光学字符识别(OCR)技术和信息化管理理念设计放射卫生管理系统,对综合医院放射卫生管理过程中设备检测及备案、人员体检与培训、证件变更和校验管理等关键环节进行信息化管理。结果:放射卫生系统管理可以按照授权在线查看射线装置和场所检测报告,实时推送放射工作人员体检和培训信息,共享法规文件。系统应用后放射卫生相关资料平均查阅时间由系统应用前的10~15 min缩减为系统应用后的<2 min。结论:放射卫生管理系统的设计与实施,能够实现多院区数据共享和放射卫生管理全周期信息可追溯,降低放射卫生管理工作难度,保障综合医院多院区放射卫生管理的规范化和延续性。
Objective:To design a radiological health management system for the sharing management of radiological staff and radiological equipment in general hospitals,and to realize the homogeneity and standardization of radiological health management in multi-hospital campus.Methods:A layered system structure for the basic data layer,the data access layer,the aggregation layer,the service layer and the application layer(performance layer)was adopted,five major functional modules of personnel management,equipment management,supervision management,certificates management and system management were set up,the radiological health management system based on OCR technology and information management concept was designed to conduct information-based management of equipment testing and filing,physical examination and training of personnel,certificate change and verification management and other key links in the management of radioactive health for the general hospital.Results:The radiation health system management can view the radiation equipment and site inspection report online according to the authorization,push the medical examination and training information of the radiation staff in real time,and share regulatory documents.The average time for consulting relevant data of radiological health after the application of the system was shortened from 10–15 minutes before the application of the system to less than 2 minutes.Conclusion:The design and implementation of the radiological health management system can realize the sharing of data among multi-hospital campus and the traceability of information on radiation health management in the whole cycle,reduce the difficulty in radiological health management and ensure the standardization and continuity of radiological health management in multi-hospital campus of general hospital.
