摘要
适值发现X射线120年,特此较系统地评述并且展望由X射线诊断开始兴起的医学成像技术的进展趋势。尤其近40余年来,通过医学不断地与核科学技术、计算机技术、医学物理、电子电气工程、生物医学工程、放射防护等诸多相关学科的密切复合,使得数字化医学成像技术已经在全世界发展成为现代医学不可或缺的重要手段。然而放射诊断的蓬勃发展和广泛普及应用,在做出卓越贡献的同时却又不断增加了其所致所有公众的医疗照射。由此则引起社会各界对其可能产生潜在放射风险的日益强烈关注。为此,必须从医学成像设备的创新研发一直到临床医学应用的全部过程,均竭力促进发展低剂量成像技术。而追求实现低剂量医学成像目标这个必然发展趋势,迫切需要进一步深化多学科的复合以更好地协同推进。
Coincided with the discovery of X-ray for 120 years, this paper systematically reviews the progress and prospects the trend of medical imaging technology begun with the X-ray diagnosis hereby. Especially in the past forty years, the integration of medical and nuclear science, computer technology, medical physics, electrical and electronic engineering, biomedical engineering, radiation protection and many other related disciplines, has made the digital medical imaging technology become an essential means of modern medicine throughout the world. However, the rapid development of radiodiagnosis and wide spread applications also increase the medical exposure of the public while making their outstanding contributions, and their potential radiation risks have aroused an increasing concern to the public. Therefore, efforts have to pay throughout the whole process started with the innovation development of medical imaging equipment and lasted by the clinical medical application in order to realize the low-dose imaging technology. To reach the goal of low-dose medical imaging technology, further integrations of the related multidiscipline are still needed to be promoted.
