摘要
健康中国战略指导下,研究从促进健康公平目的出发,分析了社会流动对农村老年人健康状况的影响,根据流动的参数基点将社会流动区分为代际流动和代内流动,根据流动的方向区分为上向流动和下向流动,通过logit回归分析方法检验了社会流动对老年人健康状况的影响关系,结果表明:代际流动有损农村老年人的健康,代内下向流动有益于农村老年人的健康。
Under the guidance of the Healthy China Strategy,the study analyzes the impact of social mobility on the health status of the elderly in rural areas from the perspective of promoting health equity.Social mobility is divided into intergenerational mobility and intragenerational mobility based on the parametric basis of mobility,and upward mobility and downward mobility based on the direction of mobility.This paper examines the relationship between social mobility and the health status of the elderly through logit regression analysis.The results show that intergenerational mobility is harmful to the health of the elderly in rural areas,and intergenerational mobility is beneficial to the health of the elderly in rural areas.
