摘要
在现代社会,我国老龄化现象日趋严重。因此,亟需推进健康老龄化,为实现健康老龄化,必须研究分析老年人健康状况的影响因素和相关机制。本文基于社会分层理论,生命历程理论,使用2017年中国综合社会调查数据,以老年群体作为分析对象,对社会经济地位和老年人健康状况的关系和作用路径进行检验。结果发现:第一,社会经济地位对老年人健康状况具有显著的正向影响;第二,收入在社会经济地位影响老年人健康状况上发挥了显著的中介作用。
In modern society,the aging phenomenon in China is becoming increasingly serious.Therefore,it is urgent to promote healthy aging.In order to achieve healthy aging,it is necessary to study and analyze the influencing factors and related mechanisms of the health status of the elderly.Based on the theory of social stratification and the theory of life course,this paper uses the 2017 China Comprehensive Social Survey data to test the relationship and action path between socio-economic status and the health status of the elderly with the elderly as the analysis object.The results showed that:First,socioeconomic status has a significant positive impact on the health status of the elderly;Second,income plays a significant intermediary role in the impact of socio-economic status on the health of the elderly.
