摘要
随着我国经济的发展以及城市化进程的加快,我国在城市社区管理领域取得了一定的成果,为人民生活水平的提升和城市的发展起到了积极作用,但是原有的城市社区管理模式已经难以满足日渐发展的社区管理,因此必须改革创新现有的管理模式,形成良好的城市社区管理体系,促进城市社区现代化建设和管理水平趋向专业化,保障大多数群众的基本利益以及社会的长治久安,促进我国社会的和谐发展。本文以凯里市A社区为研究对象,对该地社区管理进行深入研究,剖析A社区管理中存在行政化倾向严重、社区居民参与社区管理意识淡薄、城市社区管理制度不健全以及社区管理主体参与机制失衡的等诸多现实问题,并结合实际提出建议和策略,以期为我国城市社区管理提供有效借鉴。
With the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,China has made certain achievements in the field of urban community management,which has played a positive role in the improvement of people's living standards and urban development.However,the original urban community management model has been difficult to meet the growing community management.Therefore,it is necessary to reform and innovate the existing management model,form a good urban community management system,promote the modernization and professionalization of urban communities,safeguard the basic interests of the majority of the people and the long-term stability of society,and promote the harmonious development of our society.Taking Community A in Kaili as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study on the community management in this area,analyzes many practical problems existing in the management of Community A,such as serious administrative tendency,weak awareness of community residents'participation in community management,imperfect urban community management system and unbalanced participation mechanism of community management subjects,etc.,and puts forward suggestions and strategies based on the actual situation,with a view to providing effective reference for urban community management in China.
