摘要
【目的/意义】农民生产专业合作社是社会经济发展的一种新型组织形式,也是构建现代农业体系的重要载体和实现农民收入增长的新途径。通过对屏南县农民专业合作社的发展进行研究,对促进屏南县农民专业合作社健康、高质量发展具有现实意义。【方法/过程】经过实地调研,分析了福建省宁德市屏南县农民专业合作社的发展现状,分析其内部管理、自身经营、发展融资困难等方面问题,并提出对策建议。【结果/结论】基于问题分析,结合屏南发展实际,研究提出了完善内部管理、定期加强人才培训、拓展融资渠道等对策建议。
【Objective/Meaning】 Farmers ’ production professional cooperative is a new type of organization form of social and economic development, as well as an important carrier to construct modern agricultural system and a new way to realize farmers’ income growth. By studying the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Pingnan County, it is of practical significance to promote the healthy and high-quality development of farmers ’ professional cooperatives in Pingnan County.【Methods/Procedures】The development status and the problems of internal management, own operation, financing difficulties of farmers ’ professional cooperatives in Pingnan County were analyzed in this paper through field investigation, and the countermeasures were put forward. 【Results/Conclusions】 Based on the analysis of the problems, combined with the actual development of Pingnan, this paper put forward countermeasures such as improving internal management, regularly strengthening personnel training, and expanding financing channels.
