摘要
本文建立了气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法多反应监测同时测定土壤中23种有机氯的方法,确定了土壤样品的提取、净化等前处理方法,及23种有机氯农药的多反应监测模式(MRM)的参考条件.方法检出限为0.01—0.13μg·kg^(−1),以硅藻土模拟基体,加入不同浓度水平的有机氯化合物测试,回收率在43%—129%之间,相对标准偏差为1.4%—12%,在定性定量方面都能很好满足土壤中有机氯农药的分析需求.
A method for simultaneous determination of 23 organochlorines in soil by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry multi-reaction monitoring was established.The pretreatment methods for extraction and purification of soil samples and the reference instrument conditions for the multi-reaction monitoring mode(MRM)of 23 organochlorines were determined.Methods The detection limit of organochlorine compounds was 0.01—0.13μg·kg^(−1).The recovery rate was 43%—129%and the relative standard deviation was 1.4%—12%.Both qualitative and quantitative analysis of organochlorine pesticides in soil could be well met.
