摘要
建立气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)测定化妆品中禁用酰胺类溶剂,包括甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基甲酰胺、乙酰胺、N-甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的检测方法。以甲醇为提取溶剂,经萃取、离心、过滤,选择离子定量检测化妆品中6种酰胺类禁用物质,外标法定量。结果表明,各组分检出限为0.5~2 mg/kg,在2~50 mg/L浓度范围线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998。6种酰胺类物质在4种不同化妆品基质中的平均回收率为80.6%~113.1%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~7.7%。用建立的方法对18个市售化妆品样品进行检测,方法准确度高、操作简单。
A method was established for the determination of banned amide solvents in cosmetics with gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),including formamide,N,N-dimethylformamide,N-methylformamide,acetamide,N-methylacetamide and N,N-dimethylacetamide.Using methanol as extraction solvent,after extraction,centrifugation and filtration,six amide solvents in cosmetics were detected by GC-MS,and were quantified by external standard method with ion quantification.The results showed that detection limits were 0.5-2 mg/kg,the six amide solvents had good linear relationship within concentrations between 2to 50 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were over 0.998.The average recoveries of six amide solvents in four different cosmetic substrates were 80.6%-113.1%,and the relative standard deviation were 0.6%-7.7%.18 commercially cosmetics were detected using this method,indicating the accuracy and easy-operate of this method.
