摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱(气质联用)法测定皮革及其制品中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺及N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的检测方法。样品经乙腈提取后,对提取液净化处理后,用气质联用仪进行测定。本法检测低限可达0.05 mg/kg。方法平均回收率均在90%以上,相对标准偏差在1.4%~7.8%,研究结果表明该方法灵敏度高、简便、准确,可用于皮革及其制品中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺及N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的测定。
A method was investigated for the determination of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMFo)and N,N-dimethyl acetamide(DMAc)in leather and leather products with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS).The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,after purification treatment,determinated by GC-MS.The limits of detection of DMFo&DMAc was0.05mg/kg.The average recoveries were over90%and the relative standard deviation(RSDs)were in the range of1.4%-7.8%,This method is sensitive,simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of DMFa&DMAc in leather samples.
