摘要
食品安全问题关系到国家民生与人民福祉,食品营养和食品质量更是与人的身心健康高度相关,食品安全知识普及推广对于促进国民健康具有关键作用。近年来,随着互联网技术与应用的进步,我国各大短视频平台迎来一次爆发式发展。而其中泛知识类科普短视频异军突起,成为大众喜闻乐见的短视频内容之一。食品安全知识作为科普工作中的重要主题,如何利用泛知识类短视频进行科普宣传成了广大专家学者热议的话题。本文结合科学普及工作的发展趋势,通过分析泛知识类短视频的特点,阐述如何利用短视频平台进行食品安全知识科普活动。
Food safety issues are related to the people’s livelihood and well-being,and food nutrition and food quality are highly related to people’s physical and mental health.It can be said that the popularization of food safety knowledge plays a key role in promoting national health.In recent years,with the development of Internet technology and application,the short video platforms of China are experiencing an explosive development.And the general knowledge of popular science short video rose to prominence and became one of the popular short video content.Food safety knowledge is an important topic in popular science.How to use the short video of universal knowledge to popularize popular science has become a hot topic among the experts and scholars.Combined with the development trend of science popularization,this paper tries to explain how to make use of short video platform to popularize food safety knowledge by analyzing the characteristics of short video.
