摘要
“基本药物”是世界卫生组织在20世纪70年代提出的一个概念,是满足人民需要的最重要、最基本、最不可或缺和最必要的概念。实施基本药物制度是深化我国卫生体制改革的重要工作之一。建立和完善国家基本药物制度,有利于保障人民药品权益平等,实现全民享有基本医疗卫生服务,减轻患者用药经济负担,最大限度地维护患者生命健康。为进一步落实基本药物制度,促进临床合理用药,保障人民群众基本药物使用,本研究对某三级综合医院各临床科室基本药物使用情况进行了总结和分析。
"Essential drugs" is a concept proposed by the World Health Organization in the 1970s. It is the most important, most basic, most indispensable and most necessary concept to meet people’s needs. The implementation of the essential drug system is one of the important tasks in deepening the reform of China’s health system. The establishment and improvement of the national essential drug system is conducive to ensuring the equality of people’s drug rights and interests, realizing the universal access to basic medical and health services, reducing the economic burden of drug use for patients, and safeguarding the life health of patients to the maximum extent. In order to further implement the essential drug system, promote clinical rational drug use, and ensure the use of essential drugs by the people, this paper summarized and analyzed the use of essential drugs in various clinical departments of a tertiary general hospital, and reported as follows.
