摘要
萤石和方解石作为典型的含钙矿物,两者的表面物理化学性质较相似。因此方解石型萤石矿的有效分离是选矿领域的难题之一。以水玻璃、硫酸铝及两者组合成为盐化水玻璃作为萤石浮选阶段的抑制剂,通过纯矿物浮选实验进行研究,探究了这三种抑制剂对萤石和方解石抑制作用行为。试验结果表明,单一使用水玻璃或硫酸铝条件下,抑制效果不佳。而盐化水玻璃(硫酸铝∶水玻璃为2∶5)时,能有效抑制脉石方解石,实现对萤石矿的有效分离。
As typical calcium bearing minerals,fluorite and calcite have similar surface physicochemical properties.Therefore,the effective separation of calcite fluorite ore is one of the difficult problems in the mineral processing field.Salinized sodium silicate,aluminum sulfate and their combination are used as depressants in fluorite flotation stage.The inhibition behavior of these three inhibitors on fluorite and calcite is investigated through pure mineral flotation experiments.The experimental results show that the inhibition effect is not good when water glass or aluminum sulfate is used alone.When salinized water glass(aluminum sulfate∶water glass is 2∶5),it can effectively inhibit gangue calcite and achieve effective separation of fluorite ore.
