摘要
某锌浸出渣的银品位为20g/t,经MLA和银物相分析,发现其矿物组成主要以黄铁矿等硫化矿为主,且具有矿物单体解离度较低、银物相分布复杂等特点。结合该浸出渣的矿物性质特点,采用强化再磨和强拉强压的工艺进行浮选试验。试验结果表明:以石灰和水玻璃为抑制剂,油酸钠为捕收剂,采用一次粗选一次扫选浮选工艺流程可获得银品位和银回收率分别为54.00g/t、48.80%的银精矿。
The silver grade of a zinc leaching residue is 20g/t.Through MLA and silver phase analysis,it is found that its mineral composition is mainly sulfide minerals such as pyrite,and it has the properties of low dissociation degree of mineral monomer and complex silver phase distribution.Combining the mineral properties of the leaching residue,the flotation test was carried out by the process of enhanced grinding and oxidation flotation.The test results show that with lime and water glass as inhibitors and sodium oleate as collectors,silver concentrate with silver grade and silver recovery of 54.00g/t and 48.80%can be obtained through the flotation process of one roughing and one sweeping.
