摘要
当前数字贸易已成为一种新的经济发展趋势,既是一国经济发展的创新动力,也是推动产业结构调整和提升的重要推动力和支撑力量。数字贸易和产业的深度融合,使贸易回到了为实体经济服务的源头,减少了企业的融资成本,使整个产业循环得以释放。通过构建“产业+科技+贸易”的协调发展,创新指数基金产品,打造新型的综合理财平台等措施,将极大深化资本市场在产业转型升级中的核心作用。本文从理论和实证两个方面阐述了数字贸易在中国经济发展过程中所起的作用,并在此基础上提出了解新政策、新发展方向、加速创新、推动产业升级等建议。
At present,digital commerce has become a new trend for economic development and a innovative driving force for economic development in a country.At the same time,it is also an important driver and supportive force for promoting adaptation and upgrading of the industrial structure.The deep integration of digital commerce and industry has brought trade back to the source of serving the real economy,reduced corporate financing costs and freed up the entire industrial cycle.By building a coordinated development of“industry+technology+trade”,innovating index fund products,creating a new comprehensive financial governance platform and other measures,the central role of the capital market in industrial transformation and upgrading will be deeply deepened.This article highlights the role of digital commerce in China’s economic development from both theoretical and empirical aspects,and on the basis of this it makes proposals for understanding new policies,new directions of development,accelerating innovation and promoting industrial upgrading.
