摘要
学校氛围建设是校长进行学校领导的重要路径。TALIS2018上海测评项目的数据显示,现有的校长专业发展项目在支持学校氛围建设方面存在不足。基于结构方程模型的分析结果显示,校长的专业发展机会和专业发展障碍,对于学校的多元文化氛围、组织创新氛围和学业期待氛围的影响路径不同。校长的工作环境满意度和学校的区位特征,影响校长专业发展机会、专业发展障碍与学校氛围之间的相互关系。基于这项研究的相关结论包括:引导和支持校长通过学校氛围来推动学校改进;改善校长的工作环境满意度;培养村镇学校校长的环境适应能力和学校氛围建设能力。
School climate building is an important way of principal leadership.TALIS2018 Shanghai data showed that the current principal professional development projects were weak in supporting school climate building.Our data analyses based on structure equation modelling indicated that principal professional development opportunities and barriers influenced school multi⁃cultural,innovative,and academic expectation climate in different approaches,which were mediated by principals’work envi⁃ronment satisfaction and moderated by their school location.This study reached the following five conclusions:supporting princi⁃pals’school improvement based on school climate building;improving school work environment;emphasizing village schools’work environment construction and principals’adaptative capacity.
