基于电网应急孤岛划分的综合能源系统反向支撑策略研究

摘要 随着国内“双碳”目标的建设与国际形势的越发复杂,保障我国能源安全并推动能源行业的安全高效、清洁低碳发展,是目前我国能源体系发展的关键,综合能源系统为配电网故障下的应急管理提供了新的应对方法。基于电网故障位置的不同,提出了一种配电网故障下的孤岛划分方法,将包含综合能源系统的区域配电网划分为4种类型的电力孤岛。在此基础上,构建了电力孤岛下的综合能源系统典型架构,结合综合能源系统设备运行特性,制定了不同电力孤岛类型下的综合能源系统运行支撑策略,满足区域电、热、冷多能需求,实现区域能源的短时能源应急供给与长时供能保障。 With the construction of the domestic "dual-carbon" goal and the increasingly complex international situation,ensuring China’s energy security and promoting the safe,efficient,clean,and low-carbon development of the energy industry is the key to the development of China’s energy system at present,and the integrated energy system provides a new response to emergency management in the event of distribution network failure.Based on the different fault locations of power grids,this paper proposes an island division method for distribution network faults.The regional distribution network including an integrated energy system is divided into four types of power islands.On this basis,the typical architecture of the integrated energy system under the power island is constructed. Combined with the operating characteristics of the integrated energy system equipment,the operation support strategies of the integrated energy system under different power island types are formulated to meet the regional demand for electricity,heat and cold,and to achieve short-term energy emergency supply and long-term energy supply guarantee of regional energy.
