摘要
在区域综合能源系统的建设中,天然气管道的铺设费用占比较高,目前区域综合能源系统的管道选型是基于稳态计算结果,会造成冗余配置、资源浪费等问题,增加了投资成本,降低了区域综合能源系统的市场竞争力。针对此问题,该文基于适用于分析短管道、高频波动过程的特征线法编写电–气耦合环节、扰动输入环节和天然气系统的动态仿真程序,通过秒级小步长计算综合能源系统中天然气压力和管道储气(简称管存)在极端扰动下的动态过程,可更加精准地捕捉天然气压力和管存的动态行为。然后,基于天然气压力的动态仿真结果确定压力峰值,用于选择天然气管道的压力型号,根据不同场景中安全性和经济性的排序,提出经济最优和经济次优方案,与基于稳态分析的方案对比,证明了基于动态仿真对天然气系统进行工程设计可以在保证系统安全运行的前提下,降低管道的铺设成本,提升综合能源系统在市场经济环境下的竞争力,促进其良性发展。之后,基于每条管道管存的动态仿真曲线对管存进行管理,可以使管道管存处于目标管存的最优状态,进而充分发挥管存的备用和灵活调节的作用。最后,通过算例证明了基于特征线法的动态仿真在综合能源系统的工程设计和运行中具有实际价值。
In the construction of regional integrated energy system(RIES),the cost of natural gas pipeline construction accounts for a relatively high proportion.At present,the pipeline selection of RIES is based on the steady-state calculation results,which will cause the issues such as redundant allocation and waste of resources,increasing investment costs,which will reduce the market competitiveness of the RIES.For solving this problem,a dynamic simulation program of electric-gas coupling link,disturbance input link and natural gas system was compiled based on the method of characteristic which was suitable for analyzing the high frequency fluctuation of short gas pipeline in the RIES.The dynamic process of natural gas pressure and line-pack was simulated in small steps of seconds.The dynamic process was caused by the drastic changes of gas source,electrical-gas coupling links and demand response.It can accurately capture the dynamic behavior of natural gas pressure and line-pack in the RIES.Then,based on the dynamic simulation results of natural gas pressure,the pressure type of natural gas pipeline in the case was selected,and the economic optimal scheme and the economic sub-optimal scheme were proposed.Compared with the scheme based on steady state computation,the two schemes based on dynamic computation can reduce the pipeline construction cost on the premise of ensuring safe operation,which can increase the competitiveness of RIES in the market economy environment,and promoting its benign development.Then based on the dynamic simulation of line-pack of each pipeline,the fine management of the line-pack can make it in the optimal state of the target gas storage,and then the line-pack can give full play to the standby and flexible adjustment for the RIES.Finally,a numerical case shows that the dynamic simulation based on the method of characteristics has practical value in the engineering design and operation of RIES.
