摘要
为培养符合新能源汽车后市场需求的专业技能人才,对“新能源汽车维护”课程进行开发设计。通过企业调研,提取典型工作任务并转化为适合于学生的学习任务。构建课前导学、课上教学做评、课后拓展一体化教学模式,以行动导向六步法开展项目教学。将职业素养指标纳入项目考核标准中,确保职业素养与职业技能的双提升。在课程教学中有机融入思政元素,落实“立德树人”的育人目标。课程实施后,取得了良好的教学效果。
In order to cultivate professional talents, who meet the needs of the new energy vehicle aftermarket, the course “New Energy Vehicle Maintenance” was developed and designed. Through enterprise research, typical work tasks are extracted and transformed into learning tasks suitable for students. The study constructs an integrated teaching model of pre-class guidance, in-class teaching evaluation, and afterclass expansion, and carries out project teaching with action-oriented six-step method incorporating professional quality indicators into project assessment standards to ensure the dual improvement of professional quality and vocational skills. The study organically integrates ideological and political elements into curriculum teaching, and implements the educational goal of “cultivating people with virtue”. After the implementation of the course, good teaching results have been achieved.
