摘要
停车难的问题是大多数一线二线城市的通病,制约着城市的发展。究其原因,无非是停车位建设速度跟不上机动车持有量的增长速度,现有停车资源得不到有效利用。故共享停车和智慧停车势在必行。另一方面,共享汽车企业面临停车网点费用高昂,影响企业利润和长期发展的问题。如果共享汽车平台将现有的系统升级,打造物联网+云端+移动端的智慧停车系统,整合现有停车位资源,实现停车位智能推送、预约、导航、缴费、评价等一系列功能,便利居民出行,换取免费或低价停车的权利,可以大幅度降低运营成本。文章用SWOT模型分析了共享汽车平台整合现有停车位资源的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出共享汽车企业可以利用自身的优势实施该项目,与政府、停车位管理单位、居民等各方主体实现互利共赢。
The problem of parking difficulty is a common problem in most first-tier and second-tier cities, which restricts the development of cities. The reason is nothing more than that the construction speed of parking spaces cannot keep up with the growth rate of motor vehicle ownership, and the existing parking resources cannot be effectively utilized. Therefore, shared parking and smart parking are imperative. On the other hand, car sharing companies face the problem of high parking outlets, which affects corporate profits and long-term development. If the shared car platform upgrades the existing system, builds a smart parking system of the Internet of Things + cloud + mobile terminal, integrates the existing parking space resources, and realizes a series of functions such as intelligent push, reservation, navigation, payment, and evaluation of parking spaces, so as to facilitate residents’ travel in exchange for the right to free or low-cost parking, operating costs can be greatly reduced. This paper uses the SWOT model to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the car sharing platform to integrate existing parking space resources, and proposes that car sharing companies can use their own advantages to implement the project and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with the government, parking space management units, residents and other parties.
