摘要
停车共享通过错时共享停车位,能够有效提高现有停车资源的利用率,成为解决停车难的新思路。通过问卷调查,对上海市驾驶员选择停车场的考虑因素、不同出行目的下停车行为的差异和车主对停车共享的看法进行分析。结果表明,停车费是车主选择停车场的首要考虑因素,出行目的会对出行者的停车行为产生显著的影响,权益保障问题是车位拥有者进行车位共享的普遍关心的问题。结合调研分析,从差异化定价、车位精细化管理、保障车主权益等方面给出了应对措施和建议,以期为上海市共享停车政策的推广和改进提供参考。
Parking sharing can effectively improve the utilization rate of existing parking resources,which has become a new way to solve the parking problem.Based on a questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the factors of drivers'selection of parking lots,the differences of parking behavior under different trip purposes and the owners'views on parking sharing.The results show that parking fee is the primary consideration of car owners'selection of parking lots,the travel purpose will have a significant impact on travelers'parking behavior,and whether the rights and interests can be guaranteed is the biggest concern of parking space owners.Combined with the results of the questionnaire,this paper suggests that the corresponding measures from the aspects of differential pricing,refined management of parking spaces,and protection of the rights and interests of car owners to provide reference for the promotion and improvement of Shanghai's shared parking policy.
