摘要
通过巴拉素煤矿主立井、巴彦高勒矿井风立井、大海则矿井主立井等冻结工程实例,对西部白垩系地层中的冻结壁厚度、冻结深度、冻结壁交圈时间等数据进行统计汇总,以选取合理的冻结参数。主冻结孔开孔间距平均在1.333 m,防片帮孔开孔间距平均在2.426 m,浅水文孔的冒水时间平均在37 d。依据水文孔冒水时间及含水层的最大孔间距,冻土圆柱发展速度平均为27 mm/d。冻结管的管径宜选取大于140 mm管,以确保冻结壁的有效形成。该研究为以后同区域类似地层提供实例参考。
Through the freezing engineering examples of the main shaft of the Balasu Mine,the wind shaft of the Bayangaole Mine,and the main shaft of the Dahaize Mine,the thickness of the frozen wall,the freezing depth,and the freezing wall intersection time in the western Cretaceous strata were statistically summarized to select reasonable freezing parameters.The average opening spacing of the main freezing hole was 1.333 m,the average opening spacing of the anti-flake hole was 2.426 m,and the average watering time of the shallow hydrological hole was 37 d.According to the drainage time of hydrological hole and the maximum hole spacing of aquifer,the average development speed of frozen soil cylinder was 27 mm/d.The diameter of freezing pipe should be larger than 140 mm to ensure the effective formation of frozen wall.The study provided an example reference for similar strata in the same area in the future.
