鄂西王家坝一带白垩系含锗岩系地质特征及找矿意义

Geological Characteristics and Prospecting Significance of Cretaceous Germanium-bearing Rock Formation in Wangjiaba Area, Western Hubei

摘要 宜昌王家坝一带的白垩系地层中发育锗矿化。以该区含锗岩系为研究对象,解析其地层结构、沉积相与沉积环境,浅析锗富集特征与找矿潜力,为该区部署进一步锗矿勘查工作提供依据。研究表明,锗矿主要赋存于白垩系下统五龙组二段第二岩性层灰绿色薄—中层状含沥青泥质粉砂岩中,含锗沥青主要呈条带状、叶片状顺岩层产出。五龙组属冲积扇相扇中亚相辫状水道微相和漫溢微相沉积,构成至少4个辫状水道—漫溢微相沉积旋回,其中五龙组二段第二岩性层属漫溢微相,先后经历了洪泛沉积和暴露沉积环境,在走向上呈透镜状产出。宜昌斜坡地带含锗岩系出露完整、延伸稳定、规模较大,且含沥青岩石选冶工艺简单,因此区域上具备良好的锗矿找矿潜力。建议加强五龙组二段沉积微相研究,以漫溢微相浅水沉积部位为主要找矿方向。 Germanium mineralization is developed in Cretaceous strata in Wangjiaba area of Yichang.Taking the germanium-bearing rock formation as the research object, the sedimentary facies and sedimentary environment are analyzed, and the germanium enrichment characteristics and prospecting potential are analyzed, which provides a basis for the deployment of further germanium exploration in this area.The study shows that the germanium ore mainly occurs in the second lithologic layer of the lower Cretaceous Wulong Formation, which is grayish green thin-medium layered asphalt-bearing argillaceous siltstone.The germanium-bearing asphalt is mainly produced along the rock formation in the form of strips and blades.Wulong Formation belongs to alluvial fan facies fan subfacies braided channel microfacies and overflow microfacies deposition, which constitute at least 4 braided channel-overflow microfacies sedimentary cycles.The second lithologic layer of the second member of Wulong Formation belongs to overflow microfacies, which has experienced flooding deposition and exposed sedimentary environment, and is lenticular in strike direction.The germanium-bearing rock formation in Yichang slope area are exposed completely, extended stably, and have a large scale, and the beneficiation and smelting process of asphalt-bearing rock is simple, so there is a good prospecting potential for germanium ore in the region.It is suggested to strengthen the study of sedimentary microfacies in the second member of Wulong Formation, and take the shallow water sedimentary part of overflow microfacies as the main prospecting direction.
