摘要
针对白钨矿在低温高碱条件下粗选回收率低的难题,开发了一种新型捕收剂SCA,并在河南某白钨选矿厂进行了工业应用。结果表明,SCA比现场用捕收剂FX⁃6具有更优的白钨捕收性能和更强的耐低温、耐高碱性能;在抑制剂Y1用量30 g/t、温度10℃、pH值11.0、SCA用量220 g/t条件下,经一粗两扫闭路浮选,可获得WO3回收率79.95%的白钨粗精矿,相比FX⁃6,回收率提高了4.53个百分点;工业应用中,在捕收剂用量降低20.37 g/t条件下,使用SCA时的WO3回收率比使用FX⁃6时提高了2.76个百分点。SCA在低温高碱条件下对白钨矿的浮选指标较好,具有广阔的工业应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of low scheelite recovery from roughing at low temperature with high alkalinity, a new type of collector, SCA, was developed and commercially applied in a scheelite concentrator in Henan. The results show that, compared to the existing used collector(FX-6), SCA possesses higher WO3collecting capacity and better adaptability to low temperature and high alkalinity. Under the following conditions, including the dosage of depressant Y1 at an amount of 30 g/t, pulp temperature of 10 ℃, pH value of 11.0 and SCA dosage of 220 g/t, a closed-circuit process consisting of one-stage roughing and two-stage scavenging can produce a scheelite concentrate with a WO3recovery of 79.95%, 4.53 percentage points higher than that by using FX-6. An industrial practice shows that WO3recovery can be improved by 2.76 percentage points, and the collector dosage can be reduced by 20.37 g/t compared to the process with FX-6. It is concluded that SCA exhibits better performance in the scheelite flotation at low temperature with high alkalinity, and has broad prospect for industrial application.
