湖北某重晶石-萤石型矿综合利用研究 被引量:15

摘要 湖北某萤石矿为重晶石-萤石型矿石,重晶石含量达40%以上。对综合利用萤石与重晶石资源进行了浮选工艺研究,并对低温浮选进行了试验探索,低温浮选试验表明FX-6A比现用的油酸捕收剂具有更好的耐低温性。试验结果表明,利用FX-6A作为萤石捕收剂,CRY-A作为重晶石抑制剂,通过1次混合浮选,6次分离浮选,常温闭路试验可获得Ca F2品位97.68%、回收率92.85%的萤石精矿以及Ba SO4品位91.85%、回收率78.04%的重晶石精矿。 The ore of a fluorite mine in Hubei province is an associated one with more than 40% of barite.In this paper, the research on flotation process of comprehensive utilization of fluorite and barite was carried out, and the selection of the low temperature resistance collector was studied. The test results show that through closed-circuit with one stage of bulk flotation and six stages of separation flotation, fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 97.68%, recovery of 92.85% and barite concentrate with BaSO4 grade of 91.85%, recovery of 78.04% can be obtained by using FX-6 A as fluorite collector, CRY-A as barite inhibitors. And FX-6 A exhibits better low temperature resistance than the collector of oleic acid in use.
