摘要
将2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇(MPO)、2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸乙二醇酯(CEPPA-EG)、对苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)进行共聚,合成低熔点阻燃聚酯,与阻燃聚酯PF560按1:1的比例制备成阻燃皮芯复合纤维,皮层为低熔点阻燃聚酯,芯层为阻燃聚酯PF560。采用极限氧指数分析仪、自动强伸仪、干热收缩仪、热性能分析仪对聚酯及其复合纤维进行表征,结果表明低熔点阻燃聚酯的极限氧指数(LOI)大于28,低熔点阻燃复合纤维的熔程为82~114℃,断裂强度为2.7 cN/dtex,在温度为95℃时干热收缩率小于7%,黏结温度为102℃,黏合强度高于常规低熔点复合纤维。
2-methyl-1,3-propanediol(MPO),2-carboxyethylphenylphosphonic acid(CEPPA)ethylene glycol ester,terephthalic acid(PTA)and ethylene glycol(EG)were copolymerized into low melting point flame retardant polyester.Low melting point flame retardant polyester and flame retardant polyester PF560 have been processed into the composite fiber by the ratio of 1∶1.The skin layer is low melting point flame retardant polyester,and the core layer is flame retardant polyester PF560.The limiting oxygen index of low melting point flame retardant polyester is higher than 28,the melting range of low melting point flame retardant composite fiber is 82~114℃.The breaking strength is 2.7 cN/dtex,the dry heat shrinkage rate is less than 7% at a temperature of 95℃,the bonding temperature is 102℃,and the bonding strength is higher than that of conventional low melting point composite fiber.
