摘要 以聚磷酸铵(APP)和磷酸三苯酯(TPP)两种不同阻燃剂与纯聚乳酸(PLA)进行溶液共混制备阻燃聚乳酸复合材料,并测量其极限氧指数、垂直燃烧级别和产生烟气的烟密度,研究阻燃性能和生烟性能。结果表明:在添加量较少时,APP对PLA的阻燃效果好,随着添加量的增加,TPP对PLA的阻燃效果更好;生烟量随阻燃性的增加而增加。建议复合阻燃材料中加入抑烟剂。 Halogen-free retardant polylactic acid composite material was prepared by compounding ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and triphenyl phosphate(TPP) as two different flame retardants with pure (PLA) by the method of solution blending. And flame retardance and smoke suppression were studied by testing the Oxygen index, grade of vertical flame and smoke density. The results showed that: the APP gave better antiflaming effect to PLA when the content of flame-retardent was fewer; the TPP gave better antiflaming effect with the added amount increased. The smoke release increased with the flame retardance being better. Adding smoke suppressant was suggest into composite flame-retardent materials.
