摘要
目的 调查重庆市城区家庭医生工作满意度,分析其影响因素。方法 于2021年5月,采用自行设计问卷对重庆市L区、S区、J区243名家庭医生行医体验和工作满意度等进行调查。采用SPSS 19.0软件对所得数据进行统计分析。结果 3区家庭医生总体工作满意度得分为(3.61±0.81)分,3区家庭医生满意度得分比较差异有统计学意义(F=5.650,P=0.004)。3区家庭医生团队协作性条目得分较高;人力资源配备条目得分最低。S区家庭医生工作满意度影响因素有家庭医生团队解决难题能力、签约人数、每日工作时间、人力资源配备、平均月收入、个人岗位胜任力;L区家庭医生工作满意度影响因素有医共体诊疗支持、性别、每月上门服务人次数;J区家庭医生工作满意度影响因素有家庭医生团队协作性、医共体诊疗支持、个人岗位胜任力、年龄、工作年限。结论 城市医疗集团紧密型医共体模式下的家庭医生工作满意度较高。重庆市3区家庭医生人力资源配备有待完善。各区基层医疗卫生机构应结合家庭医生满意度影响因素,制定家庭医生个人岗位胜任力和团队能力提升计划。同时,建议在医共体建设中,做好运行机制顶层设计,给予基层医疗卫生机构切实支持。
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of family doctors in Chongqing city and analyze its influencing factors. Methods In May 2021, 243 family doctors in L, S and J districts of Chongqing were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire on their experience and job satisfaction. SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results The average job satisfaction score of family doctors in the three regions was(3.61±0.81), and the difference was statistically significant(F=5.650, P=0.004). The score of team collaboration of family doctors in the three districts was the highest. The lowest score was in human resource equipment item. The influencing factors of job satisfaction of family doctors in district S included the ability of family doctors to solve difficult problems, the number of contract members, daily working hours, human resources allocation, average monthly income, and individual post competency. The influencing factors of job satisfaction of family doctors in District L were diagnosis and treatment support from the medical group, gender, and number of visits per month. The influencing factors of job satisfaction of family doctors in District J were family doctor teamwork, medical support, personal post competency, age, and working years. Conclusion The job satisfaction of family doctors in urban medical group was high. The human resources of family doctors in the three districts of Chongqing needed to be improved. The primary medical and health institutions in each district should combine the influencing factors of family doctors’ satisfaction and formulate the improvement plan of individual post competency and team ability of family doctors. Furthermore, it was suggested that the top-level design of the operation mechanism should be done well in the construction of the medical community, and practical support should be given to primary medical and health institutions.
