摘要
凝固点降低测定摩尔质量的实验存在的寒剂温度的影响,搅拌速率的影响,以及凝固点值较难观察三个问题,影响实验结果。本实验提出了以下的优化方法:采用双层冰水浴保证寒剂温度,采用磁力搅拌代替机械搅拌或人工搅拌,采用定制双层样品管代替原有套管,最后实验数据处理采用最低点温度代替凝固点温度计算凝固点降低值。通过优化使该教学实验减少药品消耗降低环境污染,实验现象明显,实验计算结果准确。
The influence factors of determination of molar mass by freezing point reduction are cold agent-temperature, stirring speed and determination of freezing point value. The improvement methods are proposed, double ice water bath is used to ensure the temperature of the cold agent,magnetic agitation replaces mechanical agitation or manual agitation, double layer sample tubing instead of casing, and the freezing point reduction value are calculated by the lowest temperature replaces the freezing point temperature. The advantage of this approach is that drug consumption and environmental pollution are reduced, the phenomena of crystallization is observed obviously, and a good agreement is obtained.
