摘要
金属丝编织网状材料是由纯金属丝通过一定的编织方式形成的一种低密度网状材料,对这种材料的编织原料、编织结构、编织方法及性能特点和应用领域进行了详细综述。重点阐述了不同的编织方法金属丝编织网状材料力学性能特点及其在工业过滤、复合材料增强体、星载可收展天线网面材料和表面燃烧器载体领域的应用研究进展,为进一步拓宽金属丝编织网状材料的类型和应用领域提供参考。
Wireweaved mesh material is a low-density mesh material formed by pure wire through certain weaving methods. The weaving raw materials, weaving structure, weaving methods, performance characteristics and application fields of this material were summarized in detail. The different weaving methods, the mechanical properties of wire weaved mesh materials and their application research progress in the fields of industrial filtration, composite reinforcement, deployable mesh antenna reflector and surface burner carrier materials were focused on, so as to provide reference for further expanding the types and application fields of wire weaved mesh materials.
