摘要
介绍不锈钢纤维的分类、性能特点及制备方法,阐述不锈钢纤维混纺织物和纯纺织物的重要组成及相关应用。重点介绍不锈钢纤维的纺纱工艺以及纯不锈钢纤维针织物的编织工艺,指出不锈钢纤维纺纱、织造过程中存在的难点及解决办法,定制一条不锈钢纤维纺纱工艺路线。根据产品工艺要求及不锈钢纤维的特性,提出不锈钢纤维针织物织造过程中合理的针织设备及工艺参数,对不锈钢纤维织物的开发具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the classification, performance characteristics and preparation methods of stainless steel fihers were introduced, and the main components and applications of stainless steel fibers blended fabric and pure fabric were expounded. The spinning process of stainless steel fibers and the knitting technology of pure stainless steel knitted fabric were introduced. It presented the difficuhies and solutions in the process of spinning and knit- ling for stainless steel fibers, and a spinning process route for stainless steel fiber was made. The reasonable knit- ling equipment and process parameters for knitting stainless steel fiber knitted tabric were proposed according to the product＇s technical requirements and the characteristics of stainless steel fiber, which has a certain guiding significance for the development of stainless steel fiber fabric.
