摘要
目的:观察Spectra Optia血液分离系统在自体外周血干细胞采集中的应用。方法:对照组42例采用COBE Spectra血细胞分离机MNC程序进行自体外周血干细胞采集,观察组45例Spectra Optia血细胞分离机进行自体外周血干细胞采集45例,比较两组采集结果。结果:观察组采集物中混入的粒细胞、淋巴细胞计数、采集后患者血红蛋白及血小板水平下降值、采集终产物体积及采集MNC数均小于对照组,采集CD34+细胞计数大于对照组。结论:Spectra Optia血液分离机MNC程序应用于自体外周血干细胞采集效果更佳,采集物中混入的粒细胞及淋巴细胞少,血红蛋白及血小板损失低。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Spectra Optia blood separation system in the collection of autologous peripheral blood stem cells.Methods:42 casesin the control group adopted COBE Spectra blood cell separator MNC program for collection of autologous peripheral blood stem cells,and 45 cases in the observation group applied Spectra Optia blood cell separator to collect autologous peripheral blood stem cells.Thecollection results of the two groups were compared.Results:The counts of granulocytes and lymphocytes mixed in the collected samples,the decreased values of hemoglobin and platelet levels,the volume of collected final products and the number of collected MNCs in the+observation group were all lower than those in the control group while the number of collected CD34^(+) cells was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Spectra Optia blood separator MNC program is better than COBE Spectra blood cell separator MNC program for autologous peripheral blood stem cell collection,less granulocytes and lymphocytes are mixed in the collection,and the loss of hemoglobin and platelets is lower.
