摘要
为提高地铁车站预制装配工业化生产水平,结合深圳地铁16号线项目技术要求,基于有限元软件对装配式地铁车站预制构件模具进行受力分析,确定了模具最优结构设计方案。工程应用表明,所设计的装配式地铁车站预制构件模具精度满足相关要求,可为类似装配式地铁车站的工业化生产提供参考。
In order to improve the prefabrication industrialization level of the metro station,combinated with the technical requirements of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 project,the finite element software is used to analyze the stress of the prefabricated metro station component mold,and the optimal structural scheme is determined.The engineering application shows that the precision of the designed prefabricated component mold of the prefabricated metro station meets the relevant requirements,which can provide a reference for the industrial production of similar prefabricated metro stations.
