摘要
目的:探讨肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)患者血清β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2MG)水平与肾功能指标及凝血指标间的相关性。方法:选取本院2020年3月-2020年12月收治的60例肾病综合征患者作为NS组、健康人60例纳入对照组。分别测定两组研究者的血清β2-MG水平,肾功能指标以及凝血指标,对两组的各项指标进行对比。分析NS组研究者的血清β2-MG水平与其肾功能各项指标、凝血各项指标之间关系。结果:与对照组相比,NS组血清β2-MG水平、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)及凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)均显著降低(P<0.001);NS组肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)、24 h尿蛋白(urine protein,Upr)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)及D二聚体(D-Dimer,DD)均显著升高(P<0.001)。NS患者血清β2-MG与SCr、UA、BUN、24 h Upr、FIB及DD呈负相关(r=-0.788、-0.669、-0.692、-0.807、-0.749、-0.758,P<0.05);与凝血指标APTT、PT呈显著正相关(r=0.669、0.724,P<0.05)。结论:血清β2-MG水平与NS患者肾功能指标及凝血指标密切相关,可在一定程度反映NS患者肾功能损害情况及凝血状态,对患者的诊断和治疗具有高度应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serumβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)levels and renal function indexes and coagulation indexes in patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods:60 patients with nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected as NS group and 60 healthy people were included in the control group.The serumβ2-MG levels,renal function indexes and coagulation indexes of the two groups were measured respectively and the indexes of the two groups were compared.The relationship betweenβ2-MG level of NS group and various indexes of renal function and blood coagulation was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the serumserumβ2-MG level,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)were of NS group were significantly decreased(P<0.001);Serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),24 h urinary protein(UPR),fibrinogen(FIB)and D-Dimer(DD)were significantly increased in NS group(P<0.001).Serumβ2-MG in NS patient was negatively correlated with SCR,UA,bun,24 h UPR,FIB and DD(r=-0.788,-0.669,-0.692,-0.807,-0.749,-0.758,P<0.05);The coagulation indexes APTT and PT were significant positive correlated(r=0.669,0.724,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serumβ2-MG level is closely related to renal function indexes and coagulation indexes of NS patients,which can reflect the renal function damage and coagulation state of NS patients to a certain extent,and has high application value for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
