浅谈创新实施“三型”劳动竞赛在企业高质量发展中的赋能作用

摘要 劳动竞赛是企业生产经营管理的“助推器”,是职工实现自我价值的“大舞台”,是提升职工队伍素质的“大学校”。我们通过梳理总结福建中建海峡建设发展有限公司工会近年来组织开展劳动和技能竞赛的亮点和主要做法,进一步把握劳动竞赛的新意义、新内涵,分析企业劳动竞赛面临的问题,并对劳动竞赛的创新发展提出了一些思考和建议。 Labor competition is a booster of enterprise production and operation management,a stage for employees to realize their self-worth,and a school for improving the quality of the workforce.By sorting out and summarizing the highlights and main practices of labor and skill competitions organized by the labor union of China Construction Strait Construction and Development Co.,Ltd.in recent years,we further grasp the signifi cance and connotation of labor competitions,analyze the problems of enterprise labor competitions,and put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the innovative development of labor competitions.
