摘要
区域发展新空间的识别研究是拓展区域发展新空间的重要基础。基于区域发展新空间的内涵与特征,按照识别经济增长速度快的区域、识别经济增长动力足的区域、确定以地级市为基本单元的区域发展新空间、分析区域发展新空间的资源环境承载力、确定以城市群或都市圈等为基本单元的区域发展新空间等步骤,最终识别出3种类型的区域发展新空间。未来发展中,第一代区域发展空间以高质量发展为主,第二代以空间结构优化和产业功能提升为主,第三代以培育发展能力为主。
It is important for expanding the new space of regional development to identity new space.Based on the connotation and characteristics of the new space,the paper is divided into five steps to eventually identify three types of new space of regional development.First of all,identify the faster economic growth area;secondly,identify the power of the regional economic growth;again,determine the prefecture level as the basic unit of the new district development space;and then,analyze the carrying capacity of resources and environment for the development of new space;finally,determine with city or metropolitan area as the basic unit of the new space of regional development.In the future,the first generation of regional development space will focus on high-quality development,the second generation will focus on spatial structure optimization and industrial function improvement,and the third generation will focus on cultivating development capacity.
