摘要
随着我国高速公路建设的逐步完善和旅游业的蓬勃发展,高速公路服务区出现开放式的建设模式,服务区作为公路沿线文化的展示窗口,可增加旅游、商业、观景等拓展功能,创造自身收益的同时带动周边经济发展。通过文献综述法、调研法等方法研究归纳开放式服务区交旅业态、功能布局和设施配置,使用增长法、多元回归法计算预测拓展区域的总规模和各功能分区规模范围。以德上高速公路赣皖界至婺源段工程龙腾服务区为研究案例进行规模测算方法的验证和说明。
With the gradual improvement of China’s highway construction and the vigorous development of tourism,an open model has emerged in the construction of expressway service area.As a display window for the culture along the highway,the service area can increase the expansion functions such as tourism,commerce,and viewing,and create its own benefits while driving the surrounding economic development.In this paper,through reviewing literature and investigations and studies,the transportation and tourism business,functional layout and facility configuration of the open service area are explored and concluded,and through the growth method and multiple regression method,the total scale of the expansion area and the scale of each functional area are calculated and predicted.Taking the Longteng Service Area of Jiangxi-Anhui boundary to Wuyuan Section of Dezhou-Shangrao Expressway as the study background,the scale calculation method is verified and explained.
