基于动态评估的高速公路服务区布局方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 高速公路服务区对满足司乘人员休息餐饮等需求、预防疲劳驾驶、为车辆提供加油和维修服务、消除行车安全隐患等具有重要的作用.本研究分析了影响高速公路服务区布局的主要因素,从路网整体需求和动态评估的角度,提出了高速公路服务区的布局思路和布局流程.对高速公路服务区动态布局方法展开研究,提出了服务区特殊位置点的确定方法,利用ESRI软件最短路径法测算服务区间距的方法以及服务区规模的确定方法,并采用仿真模拟手段评估和动态调整布局方案,最后通过广东省高速公路服务区布局的实际案例加以实践论证. Rest areas play an important role in meeting the needs of drivers and passengers for rest and food,preventing fatigue driving,providing fuel and maintenance services for vehicles,and eliminating potential safety hazards.Based on the analysis of impact factors of rest area planning,this paper provided a dynamic assessment planning method of expressway rest area,in order to accommodate traffic demand of the entire expressway network.The planning thought and process are introduced in the paper.Four key points of dynamic assessment planning method are promoted,including:special rest area siting method;the shortest path method by ESRI software to calculate distance between rest areas;the method of estimating rest area scale and functions;and the macro simulation method of rest areas on the expressway network.Finally,the paper demonstrates it through the actual case of Guangdong expressway rest area planning.
