摘要
[目的/意义]全民阅读已进入深入推进的新阶段,"阅读新时代、奋进新征程",推进全民阅读走实走深是图书馆的一项重要任务。[方法/过程]概括当前全民阅读工作的发展与实践做法,总结全民阅读发展中的不足,思考新阶段全民阅读如何深入推进顶层设计与图书馆工作的策略。[结果/结论]新阶段阅读推进工作要直面问题与挑战,政府主导推进在法律层面、治理机制、设施建设和整体数字化等方面的顶层设计;图书馆要为阅读推广工作寻求新模式、创造新方法、展现新作为、科学推进阅读推广,做好全民阅读的践行者和有力的推动者。
[Purpose/Significance]National reading has entered a new stage of in-depth promotion."Reading in a new era,forging ahead in a new journey",It is an important task for the library to promote the national reading.[Method/Process]This paper summarized the development and practice of the current national reading work,summarized the shortcomings in the development of the national reading,and pondered on the top-level design and library work strategy of how to promote the national reading in the new stage.[Result/Conclusion]In the new stage of reading promotion,we should face problems and challenges directly,and the government should lead the promotion of top-level design in the legal level,governance mechanism,facility construction and overall digitalization;Libraries should seek new models,create new methods,show new achievements,scientifically promote reading promotion,and be good practitioners and powerful promoters of national reading.
