摘要
目的:探讨麝香保心丸联合辛伐他汀对冠心病合并高脂血症患者血液流变学及内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年3月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的冠心病合并高脂血症患者76例,按简单随机法分为对照组(38例)与观察组(38例)。对照组予以辛伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗,用药12周。比较两组临床疗效,血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)],血液流变学[血浆黏度(PV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)],血管内皮功能[内皮素(ET)、血栓烷B2(TXB2)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12周后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、PV、FIB、ET、TXB2低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症能改善患者血液流变学及内皮功能,降低血脂水平,增强临床疗效,安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the effect of shexiang baoxin pills combined with simvastatin on hemorheology and endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:76 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia treated in The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from May 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(38 cases).The control group was treated with simvastatin,and the observation group was treated with shexiang baoxin pills on the basis of the control group,for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels[total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides(TG)],hemorheology[plasma viscosity(PV),fibrinogen(FIB)],vascular endothelial function[endothelin(ET),thromboxane B2(TXB2)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,PV,FIB,TXB2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang baoxin pills combined with simvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia can improve hemorheology and endothelial function,reduce blood lipid level and enhance clinical efficacy,which is safe and reliable.
