摘要
在智能革命的时代背景下,实现共同富裕是新时代中国共产党的奋斗目标。智能革命引发的社会加速可能导致社会不平等的扩大和新型劳动剥削的出现,这些都会阻碍共同富裕的实现。从马克思主义的观点来看,受私有制和资本支配的智能革命导致了新的劳动压迫和社会异化。在资本支配的西方社会中,脱离了公有制基础的智能革命已经产生数字劳动异化的问题。数字劳动异化使劳动者陷入自我剥削的文化幻想,并使其沦为数字机器和物理机器的结合体。但是,在良好的制度环境中,智能革命作为一种中性的进步力量可以更好地提升劳动的效率,是未来实现共同富裕的重要条件。智能革命催生的共享经济和数字经济为经济的高质量发展创造了条件。智能革命也强化了国家的资源配置能力和社会的信息处理能力。从马克思的观点看,智能革命建立起的共同劳动是克服数字劳动异化的关键。共同劳动建立在生产资料公有制的前提下,具有共享性特征,是一种具有“共鸣的爱”的劳动。共同劳动可以提升人的审美能力,为人的解放提供自由时间,最终为人的全面发展创造条件。
In the context of intelligent revolution, achieving common prosperity is the goal of the Chinese Communist Party in the new era. The social acceleration triggered by the intelligent revolution may lead to the expansion of social inequality and the emergence of new types of labour exploitation, which will hinder the realization of common prosperity. From Marx’s point of view, intelligent revolution dominated by private ownership and capital has led to new forms of labour oppression and social alienation. In capital-dominated Western societies, the intelligent revolution, divorced from its communal basis, has produced the problem of digital labour alienation. The alienation of digital labour leads workers into a cultural illusion of self-exploitation and reduces them to a combination of digital and physical machines. However, in a good institutional environment,the intelligent revolution as a neutral progressive force can better enhance the efficiency of labour and is an important condition for achieving common prosperity in the future. The sharing and digital economy generated by the intelligent revolution creates the conditions for high-quality economic development. The intelligent revolution also strengthens the resource allocation capacity of the state and the information processing capacity of society. From Marx’s point of view, the common labour established by the intelligent revolution is the key to overcoming the alienation of digital labour. It is a form of shared labour, based on the premise of communal ownership of the means of production, and is a form of labour with“resonant love”. Common labour can enhance the aesthetic capacity of human beings, provide free time for their emancipation and ultimately create the conditions for their comprehensive development.
