摘要
为使学生深刻理解晶体管信号放大过程中产生的“顶部失真”“底部失真”“双向失真”“交越失真”4种非线性失真的特征,设计并制作出一套由差分放大电路、失真电路及微控制器构成的放大器非线性失真研究装置。该装置主要由多级放大电路、微控制器以及显示模块等构成,输出波形可以由微控制器控制,并通过总谐波失真度(THD)的大小来验证失真信号。教学实践证明,该装置能较好地展现晶体管放大电路的非线性失真,有利于学生对该部分知识进行深入理解和掌握。
In order to make students deeply understand the characteristics of“top distortion”,“bottom distortion”,“bidirectional distortion”and“crossover distortion”in the process of transistor signal amplification,a set of amplifier nonlinear distortion research device composed of differential amplification circuit,distortion circuit and microcontroller is designed and manufactured.The device is mainly composed of multi-stage amplification circuit,microcontroller and display module.The output waveform can be controlled by the microcontroller,and the distorted signal can be verified by the total harmonic distortion(THD).Teaching practice shows that the device can better show the nonlinear distortion of transistor amplification circuit,which is conducive to students’in-depth understanding and mastery of this part of knowledge.
