摘要
在数字经济时代,数字化转型有助于实现企业的“降本增效”,对企业投资也具有重要的推动作用。本文首先阐述了我国数字化转型与企业投资的发展状况、数字化转型对企业投资的影响机理,其次使用双向固定效应模型进行实证检验,实证结果发现:数字化转型对企业投资具有正向促进作用。选取企业价值、创新投入和人力资本变量进行传导机制检验,实证结果表明:数字化转型通过企业价值、创新投入和人力资本对企业投资起到正向促进作用。基于此,管理部门应当通过积极改革为数字化转型创造良好的氛围,企业应当积极重视数字化转型对企业投资带来的促进作用,以及企业应当重视在数字化转型中中介变量的影响作用。
In the era of digital economy, digital transformation is conducive to achieving "cost reduction and efficiency increase" of enterprises, and also plays an important role in promoting enterprise investment. This paper first describes the development of digital transformation and enterprise investment in China, and the impact mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise investment. Secondly, it uses the two-way fixed effect model for empirical testing. The empirical results show that digital transformation has a positive role in promoting enterprise investment. The empirical results show that digital transformation plays a positive role in promoting enterprise investment through enterprise value, innovation input and human capital. Based on this, the management department should create a good atmosphere for digital transformation through active reform. Enterprises should actively attach importance to the promotion of digital transformation on enterprise investment, and enterprises should attach importance to the role of intermediary variables in digital transformation.
