摘要
在负荷增长迅速且密集地区,在不影响供电情况下常采用带电作业新增配电线路容量。带电组立新砼杆作业中,存在既有导线与新立砼杆横担角度如何监测及精确调整的问题,基于此,提出一种基于空间角度实时监测的砼杆抱箍调整工具设计方案,采用GPS-RTK方法来监测出既有导线的方位并建立导线空间模型,以及实时建立并监测新立砼杆横担的空间模型,再在空间模型中精确计算出横担与导线之间实时的空间角度,并根据空间角度安全范围来通过抱箍调整砼杆及其横担的角度位置,实践证明该方法调整新立砼杆横担角度时不仅快速准确,而且安全可靠。
In areas with rapid and dense load growth,live working is often used to increase the capacity of distribution lines without affecting power supply.How to monitor and precisely adjust the angle of cross-arm between the existing wire and the newly erected concrete pole is a problem for the live working group in the erection of new concrete poles.On this basis,the paper presents a design of concrete rod hoop adjustment tool based on spatial angle real-time monitoring.In the proposed scheme,GPS-RTK method is used to monitor the bearing of the existing conductors and establish a spatial model of the conductors,and to establish and monitor the spatial model of the cross-arm of the new concrete pole in real time;then,the real-time spatial angle between the cross-arm and the conductor is precisely calculated in the spatial model,and the angle and position of the concrete pole as well as its cross-arm are adjusted through the hoop according to the safety range of the spatial angle.Practice has proved that this method is not only fast,accurate,but also safe and reliable in the course of adjusting the cross-arm angle of newly erected concrete rods.
